The cover is okay, a little scratchy and my dog doesn't like it, but it seems to be constructed well and does come off easily for washing. The pad inside is ridiculous! It comes in a tiny box and it is vacuum packed. The directions say it will "fluff" back up, but it didn't. It is not much better than sleeping in the floor and definitely not worth spending money on. We finally took a regular bed pillow and put it the case with the provided filler and it at least puffed it up a bit, but the dog still hates it and we finally moved it to the garage. I am very disappointed with Coleman.
