(More customer reviews)This product works as advertised with no problems.However, the face plate points up at about a fixed 45-degree angle. All that gets heated are one's hands and face. (I used "one's" because the round face plate can only be aimed toward one person at a time.) The face plate should be adjustable.None the less, this heater sure makes it much nicer getting through an 8-hour shift as a golf course marshal on a cold day. And just one bottle of propane makes it through an entire shift.
