I purchased this stove 1&1/2 years ago. Very good stove, bigger then most stove which gives you room for big pots and boils water in a flash compared to my old Colmen stove. The controls for the burners are a bit touchy. Just the slightest adjustment and you get too much heat or not enough. Takes a bit of getting used to. Difficult to adjust in daylight because you can't see the very clean burning flame. I have used it many times and it dose live up to its name Even Temp! The addition of the center burner makes all the difference with no cool spots when using the griddle. I had to buy a different griddle then the one advertised now. It works but no grease catching trey. So to empty the grease after cooking bacon is a dangerous hot task. I think I will purchase the griddle with the removable grease trey that was designed for my Even Temp Stove. I give it Four Stars!
