(More customer reviews)I purchased two sleeping bags and one came with a case that has a broken zipper.I called Coleman's customer service number and, in my opinion the customer service representative Ken-
-failed to listen to what the problem with the item was.
-failed to care that the customer had a received a product that I was satisfied with.
-immediately shifted the blame to amazon.com.
-could care less that I was going to write an unfavorable review of the product on the company's website and amazon.com.
-failed to honor or attempt to honor the limited 5 year warranty.

Additionally, I would like to point out, that in my opinion, this isn't a even a faulty product I received.In my opinion it is a design flaw and a design flaw Coleman doesn't even care to address.

I am especially disappointed because I have been using Coleman sleeping bags for over 30 years.I never expected such poor service and really expected a better outcome.It's really too bad that customer service really took no accountability to help me resolve this matter.
